The Support section allows company admins (subscribers) to create and track tickets directed to Office-X admins. These tickets can relate to company management, subscription or billing issues, or system-related queries.
Office-X admins monitor all submitted tickets and respond via ticket comments to resolve issues efficiently. This ensures that subscribers have a clear and centralized channel to report problems, get assistance, and track resolutions.
The Support module provides subscribers with direct access to Office-X admin support while keeping all communication and issue status organized and transparent.
