- Employee Name
- Department
- Designation
- Status

- Action Menu
Each row represents one employee, and the Action Column allows you to perform key operations quickly.
Available Actions #
View — Employee Profile #
View a detailed profile for each employee, including:
- Personal Info: Basic details, contact information, and emergency contacts.
- Employment Info: Department, designation, pay type, and other job-related data.
- Assets: Displays all company assets currently assigned to the employee.
- Benefits: Shows all benefits linked to the employee, such as:
- Health Insurance — Amount: $500

Example view: Extra Work Balance #
| Type | Hours | Equivalent Days |
|---|---|---|
| Overtime Balance | 12.00 hours | ≈ 1.5 days |
| Lieu Leave Hours | 8.00 hours | ≈ 1.0 day |
✅ This means the employee has worked an extra 20 hours in total, which can be adjusted as 2.5 days of leave.
Leave Quota Information #
| Leave Type | Entitled (Days) | Used | Paid | Unpaid | Balance | Earned |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Casual Leave | 11.00 | 3.00 | 3.00 | 0.00 | 8.00 | 8.00 |
| Sick Leave | 7.00 | 1.00 | 1.00 | 0.00 | 6.00 | 6.00 |
💡All values dynamically adjust based on your work schedule, attendance, and policy configuration. If work schedule is not set, the system will prompt:
⚠️ “Work schedule not set. Please configure your work schedule before requesting leave.”
Edit #
Allows you to edit employee information such as contact details, department, designation, or status. All updates are instantly reflected in the system.
Reset Password #
You can reset an employee’s login password anytime.
- When an employee is first added, they automatically receive a temporary password by email (e.g.,
9i6]y)bzh{;a}MXJ). - Later, you or permitted employee can reset or change the password directly from this action for security or access management.
Work Hours / Shift Hours #
This option helps you define or modify an employee’s daily work schedule.
- If the employee is a Shift Worker (as set during creation), you’ll only enter daily working hours, since their shifts can change regularly.
- If the employee is not a Shift Worker, you’ll see fixed working hours (e.g., 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and break times, which apply consistently across all working days.
Change Status #
You can update the employment status based on options created under Admin → Employment Status.
Examples include:
- Active
- Inactive
- On Leave
- Suspended
This allows Permitted employee or Admins to quickly mark and manage the employee’s current state.
Unassign Seat #
If an employee leaves or becomes inactive, you can unassign their seat.
- Once unassigned, the employee can no longer log in or perform operations, but their data and history remain stored for recordkeeping.
- You can later assign the same seat to a new employee at any time.
This ensures flexible seat management while maintaining complete data integrity.
Summary #
- The Employee Table centralizes all employee management actions.
- View, Edit, Reset, and Manage Shifts from a single dashboard.
- Keep all leave balances, benefits, and asset records organized.
- Unassign seats without data loss, ensuring historical tracking.
